Twice Rick has built affordable housing projects. Once as a lead Carpenter the second time as The General Contractor running the project. Lopez Community land Trust Innisfree project is 8 houses of exceptional design, Using mostly volunteer labor, residents & small staff. 8 houses for under $500/month including utilities. Volunteers are simply the best people in the world
